【摘要】 目的探讨围术期心理护理对中老年皮肤恶性肿瘤患者手术安全性及心理状况的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年8月间武汉市第一医院收治的400例中老年皮肤恶性肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组200例。对照组患者围术期采用常规护理,研究组患者在常规护理基础上加强心理护理。比较两组患者心理情绪、生活质量以及并发症发生状况。结果护理干预后,两组患者心理情绪评分均有所降低,研究组焦虑及抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。研究组患者生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。研究组患者术后缺血、失活、淤血黑紫、坏死和苍白等发生率及并发症总发生率均比对照组患者低,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论在中老年皮肤恶性肿瘤患者围术期加强心理护理干预,可提升手术安全性,降低术后并发症发生率,缓解患者焦虑和抑郁等负性情绪,利于提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on surgical safety and psychological status in middle-aged and elderly patients with skin malignant tumors. Methods From September 2017 to August 2019,400 middle-aged and elderly patients with skin malignancies admitted to Wuhan First Hospital were selected to participate in this study. The patients were divided into a research group and a control group by random table method with 200 patients in each group. The research group was given strengthened psychological nursing and the control group received routine perioperative nursing. Psychological state,quality of life scores and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,psychological and emotional scores decreased in both groups and the self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and the self-rating depression scale( SDS) were lower in the research group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The scores of quality of life were higher in the research group than in the control group( all P < 0. 05). The overall incidence of ischemia,inactivation,extravasated blood and edema,and necrosis was lower in the research group than in the control group( all P <0. 05). Conclusion In middle-aged and elderly patients with skin malignant tumors,perioperative psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve surgical safety,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,relieve patients’ negative emotions of anxiety,and improve quality of life.更多还原
