【摘要】 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物糖类抗原CA125、CA15-3和CA72-4联合检测在卵巢癌患者复发诊断中的临床意义。方法选取2016年7月至2017年12月间汉中市中心医院收治的60例卵巢癌患者,采用化学发光法定期测量CA125、CA15-3和CA72-4水平及其他常规检查项目,比较单项和联合检测的敏感度、特异度和准确度。结果患者血清CA125诊断卵巢癌复发敏感性为84. 3%,特异性为77. 8%,准确性为83. 3%。患者血清CA15-3诊断卵巢癌复发敏感性为74. 4%,特异性为75. 0%,准确性为73. 3%。患者血清CA72-4诊断卵巢癌复发敏感性为77. 3%,特异性为56. 3%,准确性为71. 7%。三种肿瘤标志物CA125、CA15-3和CA72-4联合检测的敏感性为94. 8%,特异性为59. 7%,准确性88. 4%。联合检测的敏感性和准确性均较单一检测高。结论肿瘤标志物的联合检测可提高复发卵巢癌患者诊断阳性率,在卵巢癌诊断及鉴别诊断中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum carbohydrate antigen( CA125,CAl5-3,and CA72-4 in the diagnosis of the recurrence of ovarian cancer. Methods Sixty ovarian cancer patients who received treatment at Hanzhong Central Hospital were selected as study subjects from July 2016 to December 2017. Chemiluminescent detection was used to obtain the serum levels of CA125,CA15-3 and CA72-4 as well as the conventional indexes. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of each single detection and combined detection were compared. Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 84. 3%,77. 8% and 83. 3%,respectively for CA125,74. 4%,76. 2% and 75. 0%,respectively for CA15-3,and 77. 3%,56. 3% and 71. 7%,respectively for CA72-4. For the combined detection,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 94. 8%,59. 7% and 88. 4%,respectively,which was higher than that of each single detection. Conclusion Combined detection of CA15-3,CA72-4 and CA125 can effectively raise the positive diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer,which has important implications for the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.更多还原
