【摘要】 厦门市于2018年起通过福建省药械联合限价阳光采购平台开展公立医院药品货款统一结算工作,提高了医药行业资金周转效率,有效落实了国家对"两票制"的审核要求,加强了各监管部门的监督管控力度,也便于后续查阅发票。从公立医院实践角度分析,该平台系统仍存在数据信息服务风险大、统一结算付款账单周期不匹配以及信息孤岛引起的审核效率较低等问题,在后续推进中还需要加大系统硬件维护以提升平台运行稳定与流畅度,优化系统功能以提高审核准确度,加强接口与数据匹配功能以提高审核效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unified drug payment mechanism has been established and carried out since 2018 in Xiamen. This mechanism enhanced capital turnover, met the two-invoice rule, strengthened supervision effect. For the perspective of public hospitals, there are some problems such as server crash risk, payment period mismatching, inefficient financial review result of information island. In order to promote the unified drug payment mechanism, it should strengthen system construction, optimize system functions and add necessary interface.更多还原
