【摘要】 专类公园对于提高城市绿地游憩服务质量具有重要作用。从梳理专类公园的历史发展和现状入手,总结了专类公园多元化和专业化、层级化和社区化、优质化和精品化的发展趋势。提出"丰富多元、因城施策、因地制宜、量力而行"的发展原则,从类型构成、分类配置、分级配置和指标管控等方面探讨了促进专类公园发展的理念和策略,并从规划、政策、运营等角度提出了未来的探索方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theme parks play an important role in improving the quality of urban green space recreational services. Starting from sorting out the development history and current status of theme parks, the development trends of diversification and specialization, tiering and communityization, high-quality and superior development of theme parks were summarized. It puts forward the development principles of theme parks that are "rich and diverse, adapted to city, adapted to local conditions, and according to ability". It discusses the concept and strategy of promoting the development of special parks from the aspects of type composition, classified configuration, hierarchical configuration, and index control.
