【摘要】 为发挥区域奶业发展优势,明确发展目标,本文采用全局主成分分析法对2003—2018年我国27个省份的奶业发展外在环境、生鲜乳生产能力、牧场经营能力、乳企经营能力、竞争绩效和综合发展能力进行评价和比较。结果表明:不同省份的奶业发展优势差异较大,根据综合得分将不同区域奶业综合发展能力划分为四级,一级区应改善奶业发展环境,保障牧场经营效益;二级区应改善乳企经营能力,提升市场竞争绩效;三级区应提高牧场和乳企的经营能力,发展特色奶业;四级区应结合本地需求少量发展城郊奶业。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to give full play to the advantages of regional dairy industry development and make clear the development goals, the global principal component analysis is used to evaluate and compare the competitive potential, fresh milk production capacity, ranch management ability, dairy enterprise management ability, competitive performance and comprehensive competitiveness of 27 provinces in China in 2003-2015 years. The results show that the advantages of regional dairy industry in six aspects are quite different. According to the comprehensive score, the comprehensive development ability of regional dairy industry is divided into four levels. The following suggestions are put forward: First-class districts should improve the environment for dairy industry development and ensure the benefits of pasture management; Second-level districts should improve dairy enterprises’ management ability and market competition performance; Third-level districts should improve the management ability of pastures and dairy enterprises and develop characteristic dairy industry; Level 4 districts develop suburban dairy industry in a small amount according to local demand.更多还原
