丛枝菌根真菌对水培番茄生长的影响
Effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of hydroponic tomato
【摘要】 为揭示丛枝菌根真菌对水培番茄生长的影响,以不接菌为对照,采用番茄幼苗接种丛枝菌根真菌的方法,测定单独接种根内球囊霉(Rhizophagus irregularis)或摩西球囊霉(Funneliformis mosseae)对水培番茄叶绿素含量、光合作用和根系发育的影响等。结果表明,水培降低了丛枝菌根真菌对番茄根系的侵染率;单独接种根内球囊霉或摩西球囊霉提高了番茄叶绿素含量,促进了番茄光合作用,根内球囊霉处理的番茄净光合速率显著提高,比对照提高52.1%,比摩西球囊霉处理提高33.1%;单独接种根内球囊霉或摩西球囊霉均显著促进番茄根系发育,其根长、根表面积、根体积、分叉数等指标都明显增加,根内球囊霉处理的番茄根系各指标分别比对照提高80.8%、68.0%、114.3%、88.7%,摩西球囊霉处理的番茄根系各指标分别比对照提高69.5%、50.4%、85.7%、67.8%。综上所述,丛枝菌根真菌能够提高水培番茄叶绿素含量、净光合速率,促进根系发育,从而促进水培番茄的生长。
【Abstract】 The hydroponics experiment was carried out with tomato tomato inoculated with Rhizophagus irregularis,Funneliformis mosseae, and the non-inoculation as control(CK). The chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, and the architecture of root systems were tested. Results showed that the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, and root growth of tomato colonized with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi were better than those of the control. The net photosynthetic rate of treatment by R. irregularis was 52.1% higher than that of control. The root length, surface, volume, forks of tomato colonized by R. irregularis were 80.8%, 68.0%, 114.3%, 88.7% greater than those of control; while that of treatment with F. mosseae were greater 69.5%, 50.4%, 85.7%, 67.8% than those of control. Thus, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could enhance the chlorophyll contents, photosynthesis, and the architecture of hydroponic tomato for improving the growth.
