瓜类作物耐低温弱光研究进展

【摘要】 低温弱光胁迫是瓜类作物生产过程中的主要影响因素之一,对瓜类作物的生长发育、商品产量的影响极大。综述了近年来国内外瓜类作物耐低温弱光的研究进展,包括形态指标、生理生化指标、光合特性、分子基础等方面,展望了瓜类作物耐低温弱光性的研究前景。从施用外源物质、选育耐低温弱光品种和农艺措施等方面论述了提高瓜类作物耐低温弱光性的途径和措施,旨在建立科学快速的瓜类作物耐低温弱光鉴定体系,为解决生产过程中低温弱光问题提供参考。

【Abstract】 Low temperature and weak light stress are the main influencing factors in the production of cucurbitaceous vegetables, which have crucial impact on the growth and development and the formation of commercial yields.Here we summarize the research progress of low temperature and weak light tolerance of cucurbitaceous vegetables, including morphological index, physiological and biochemical index, photosynthetic characteristics, molecular basis etc., and outlook the future research.Furthermore, effective ways to improve the low temperature and weak light tolerance of cucurbitaceous vegetables by exogenous substance application, breeding and agronomic measures are elaborated.This review provides a reference for establishing a scientific and rapid identification system and solving the problem of low temperature and weak light in the production.
