7种平菇发酵料生产拌料用杀菌剂药效对比及安全性评价

【摘要】 为规范平菇生产用药,筛选出高效、安全的杀菌剂,特选取7种平菇发酵料生产拌料杀菌剂进行试验,并进行安全性评价。结果表明,使用50%氯溴异氰尿酸可溶粉剂(用药剂量1 g·kg-1)、50%咪鲜胺锰盐可湿性粉剂(用药剂量1 g·kg-1)、450 g·L-1咪鲜胺水乳剂(用药剂量1 g·kg-1)拌料,显著提高平菇产量,且无农药残留,可列为平菇发酵料生产安全药剂。

【Abstract】 In order to standardize the fungicides use in Pleurotus ostreatus production and screen out the effective and safe ones, seven kinds of common fungicide used for substrate of P.ostreatus were chosen in this test. The results showed that 50% chlorobromine isocyanurate soluble powder(dosage 1 g·kg-1)and 50% prochloraz-manganese chloride complex(dosage 1 g·kg-1)and 450 g·L-1 prochloraz(dosage 1 g·kg-1)were better than the control, the yield of mushroom was significantly increased and there were no pesticide residues, it was indicated thatthey could be listed as the safety agents for P. ostreatus fermentation material.
