根际高温对快白菜根系结构、光合及叶绿素荧光参数的影响

Effects of rhizosphere high temperature on root, photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Chinese cabbages

【摘要】 为研究水培快白菜耐热性,以耐热品种‘立丰快菜’和不耐热品种‘新极品快菜’为材料,采用营养液栽培法,以27.5℃为对照(CK),研究35.8℃根际温度处理7 d后两种快白菜的生长、根系结构、光合色素含量、叶绿素荧光参数及光合参数的差异。结果表明,高温处理后‘新极品快菜’和‘立丰快菜’的地上部鲜质量分别较对照降低41.94%和16.39%;总根长、总表面积、根总体积及根系分叉数分别较对照降低42.3%和24.9%、46.9%和33.2%、54.8%和41.3%、52.0%和38.5%。F0、Fm、ΔF/Fm’、qp分别较对照降低6.3%和11.0%、5.9%和19.0%、16.1%和4.5%、21.3%和7.1%;Pn、Gs、Ci和Tr较对照分别降低58.5%和21.6%、51.6%和29.8%、10.6%和13.1%、56.9%和34.7%‘。新极品快菜’叶绿素b、总叶绿素分别较对照降低10.3%和4.1%,而‘立丰快菜’叶绿素b、总叶绿素分别较对照增加4.4%和1.0%。高温对‘新极品快菜’各指标的影响大于‘立丰快菜’,以地上部鲜质量、总根长、叶绿素b、qp、ΔF/Fm’和Pn表现最为明显,可优先考虑作为水培快白菜的耐热性指标。

【Abstract】 To study the heat resistance for the hydroponic Chinese cabbage, the’Xinjipin’which was heat sensitive and the’Lifeng’which was not heat sensitive were used, we adopted nutrient solution cultivation, with 27.5 ℃(CK)as control, the effect of 35.8 ℃ heated 7 d in rhizosphere on the growth, root system, photosynthetic pigment content,chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters of the two Chinese cabbages were investigated. The results showed that, compared with the control, the shoot fresh weight of’Xinjipin’and’Lifeng’was reduced by 41.94% and 16.39%, respectively. Their total length, total surface area, total root volume and forks of roots decreased by 42.3% and 24.9%, 46.9% and 33.2%, 54.8% and 41.3%, 52.0% and 38.5%, respectively. Their F0, Fm, ΔF/Fm’ and qp decreased by 6.3% and 11.0%, 5.9% and 19.0%, 16.1% and 4.5%, 21.3% and 7.1%, respectively. Their Pn, Gs, Ci and Tr decreased by 58.5% and 21.6%, 51.6% and 29.8%, 10.6% and 13.1%, 56.9% and 34.7%, respectively. Chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of’Xinjipin’decreased by 10.3% and 4.1%, while’Lifeng’increased by 4.4% and 1.0%. High temperature made these indicators of’ Xinjipin ’changed more than’ Lifeng ’, while the shoot fresh weight, root total length, chlorophyll b, qp, ΔF/Fm’ and Pn had great difference between this two cabbages, and could be preferentially considered as the heat resistance indicators for Chinese cabbages.
