【摘要】 目的探究体位摆放多孔板在侧卧位手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月～2019年11月兴国县人民医院收治的行髋关节手术的56例患者的临床资料,根据是否使用体位摆放多孔板将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各28例。比较两组患者的围术期指标、并发症发生情况及对医生、麻醉师的满意度。结果观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的透视次数、术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对主刀医生的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对麻醉师的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行髋关节手术患者中使用体位摆放多孔板,能有效缩短手术时间,减少透视次数及术中出血量,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of porous plate in position of lateral position operation. Methods Clinical data of 56 patients who were placed in the lateral position of hip surgery in Xingguo People′ s Hospital from October 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to whether or not a perforated plate was used, with 28 cases in each group. The perioperative indicators, complications, satisfaction rate of patients to the surgeon and the anesthetist were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The number of fluoroscopy and bleeding volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the surgeon in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the anesthetist in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The porous plate in hip surgery can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the number of fluoroscopy and bleeding, and reduce the incidence of complications.更多还原
