【摘要】 目的探讨针对性护理对胆结石手术患者心理状态与生活水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月～2019年8月我院收治的68例胆结石患者为研究对象,按随机投掷法分为参照组(n=34)、研究组(n=34)。参照组开展常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理干预,比较两组干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、术后疼痛的耐受率及生活质量评分。结果两组干预前的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后研究组的SAS、SDS评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的疼痛耐受率为91.18%,高于参照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的术后生活质量水平各项评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆结石手术患者开展针对性护理干预的效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on psychological status and living standards of patients with gallstone surgery. Methods A total of 68 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into reference group(n=34) and research group(n=34) according to the random throw method. The reference group carried out routine nursing, the research group implemented targeted nursing interventions, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores,postoperative pain tolerance rate and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores of patients between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the research group after the nursing intervention were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The pain tolerance rate in the research group was 91.18%,which was higher than 70.59% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The postoperative quality of life scores and each score in the research group were higher than thoset of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients with gallstone surgery is significant.更多还原
