【摘要】 目的探讨基于微信平台的延伸性护理应用于手部严重外伤术后出院患者的效果。方法选取2017年6月～2018年12月我院收治的50例手部外伤患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)与观察组(n=25)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用基于微信平台的延伸性护理,比较两组干预6个月后Carroll上肢功能测试评分、手部感觉功能分级、并发症总发生率及锻炼依从性。结果观察组的Carroll上肢功能测试评分、手部感觉功能分级及锻炼依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台延伸性护理促进手外伤患者手功能恢复,降低并发症发生,提高锻炼依从性,帮助患者尽早进入工作岗位实现个人价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing based on WeChat platform on patients discharged from hospital after severe hand trauma. Methods A total of Fifty patients with hand trauma treated in our hospital from June2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into control group(n=25) and observation group(n=25)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with extended nursing based on WeChat platform. The Carroll upper limb function score, hand sensory function grade, incidence of complications and exercise compliance rate were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intotal tervention. Results The Carroll upper limb function score, hand sensory function grade and exercise compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05), and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Extended nursing based on WeChat platform promotes the recovery of hand function of patients with hand trauma, reduces the incidence of complications, improves exercise compliance, and helps patients take office as soon as possible to realize their personal value.更多还原
