SDR树脂直接充填与Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体间接修复楔状缺损微渗漏的效果比较
Comparison of the effect between direct filling with SDR resin inlay and indirect repair of Ceramage polymerization ceramic inlay on microleakage of wedge-shaped defects
【摘要】 目的比较SDR树脂直接充填与Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体间接修复楔状缺损微渗漏的效果。方法搜集50个离体下颌第一前磨牙,建立楔状缺损模型,随机分成A组(25个)与B组(25个)。A组进行SDR树脂直接充填,B组采用Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体间接修复,样本经浸泡疲劳和冷热循环老化后,采用染色渗入法,在体视显微镜下测量染料沿修复体与牙体牙合侧壁与龈侧壁间渗入的深度,比较两组修复体的微渗漏程度。结果两组材料的牙体-修复体界面的牙合侧壁与龈侧壁间均出现微渗漏;A组的牙合侧壁的边缘微渗漏小于龈侧壁,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的牙合侧壁的边缘微渗漏与龈侧壁比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的牙合侧壁及龈侧壁间的微渗漏深度均小于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复楔状缺损的边缘封闭性优于SDR树脂直接充填。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect between direct filling with SDR resin inlay and indirect repair of Ceramage polymerization ceramic inlay on microleakage of wedge-shaped defects. Methods A total of 50 mandibular first premolars were collected to establish wedge-shaped defect model group, and they were randomly divided into group A(25 teeth) and group B(25 teeth). Group A was directly filled with SDR resin inlay, while group B was given indirect repair of Ceramage polymerization ceramic inlay. After immersion fatigue and thermal cycling aging, the microleakage depth of dye along the occlusal wall and gingival wall was measured by dye penetration method under stereomicroscope, the degree of microleakage was compared between the two groups. Results Microleakage was found between the occlusal wall and gingival wall of the two groups. The marginal microleakage of the occlusal side wall in group A was less than that of the gingival side wall, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In group B, there was no significant difference in the marginal microleakage between the occlusal side wall and the gingival side wall(P>0.05).The microleakage depth of occlusal wall and gingival wall in group B were less than those in group A, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The marginal seal of wedge-shaped defects with Ceramage polymerization ceramic inlay is superior to direct filling with SDR resin inlay.
