【摘要】 目的观察穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月～2020年1月我院收治的60例癌性疼痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者予以硫酸吗啡缓释片常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗,两组共治疗1周。观察比较两组患者治疗后的疼痛缓解程度和治疗前后的生活质量情况。结果治疗组患者的疼痛缓解临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的生活质量(社交状态、躯体状态、精神状态)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗前后的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的生活质量评分高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗癌性疼痛可提高患者的镇痛疗效,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, a total of 60 cases with cancer pain treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) by the random number table method.Patients in the control group were routinely treated with Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets.On the basis of the control group, acupoint massage combined with acupoint application was added in the treatment group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The degree of pain relief after treatment and the quality of life before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effectiveness rate of pain relief in the treatment group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group accounting for 60.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life(social status, physical status and mental status) scores had no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life scores in the control group before and after treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment, the quality of life scores in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment, and higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with cancer pain can improve the analgesic effect and their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
