【摘要】 目的探讨蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌片辅助药物治疗妊娠合并急性腹泻患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月～2019年10月赣州市妇幼保健院内科收治的60例妊娠合并急性腹泻患者作为研究对象,采用随机综合平衡法,将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组患者采用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组患者采用蒙脱石散+蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌片治疗,两组患者均治疗5 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效、粪便次数、症状消失时间、不良反应总发生率。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后的粪便次数少于对照组,呕吐消失时间、腹痛消失时间及粪常规正常时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗妊娠合并急性腹泻患者,临床疗效显著,既能减少排便次数,还能缩短呕吐、腹痛消失时间及粪常规时间,值得应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bacillus Cereus Live Bacteria Tablets in the adjuvant drug therapy of pregnancy patients with acute diarrhea. Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with acute diarrhea treated in the Department of Internal Medicine of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(30 cases) and study group(30 cases) by random comprehensive balance method. The patients in the control group were treated with Montmorillonite Powder and the patients in the study group were treated with Montmorillonite Powder combined Bacillus Cereus Live Bacteria Tablets. Patients in both groups were treated for 5 d. The clinical efficacy, number of feces, symptom disappearance time and total adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the number of feces in the study group was less than that in the control group, the time of vomiting, abdominal pain disappearance and normal fecal routine time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion According to the symptoms of pregnancy combined with acute diarrhea, the application of Bacillus Cereus Live Bacteria Tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder has a significant clinical effect, which can not only reduce the frequency of defecation, but also shorten the time of vomiting, abdominal pain disappearance and fecal routine time,strong security, which is worth popularizing.更多还原
