【摘要】 目的建立多发肋骨骨折急诊急救预见性护理程序,探讨其对提高急救质量的影响。方法选取2017年9月～2019年12月我院救治的60例多发肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施预见性护理程序,比较两组的有效抢救时间、住院时间、急诊治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、护理总满意度及并发症发生情况。结果实验组的有效抢救时间、住院时间短于对照组,实验组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论预见性护理程序应用于急诊多发肋骨骨折患者急救能缩短有效抢救时间及住院时间,缓解患者疼痛,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To create the predictive nursing procedure in the first aid of emergency patients with multiple fracture ribs and explore its effect in improving the quality of first aid. Methods A total of 60 patients of multiple fractured ribs who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were given routine nursing, while those in the experimental group were given predictive nursing procedure. The effective salvage time, hospital stays, visual analogue scale(VAS) scores after treating, total nursing satisfaction and the total complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The salvage time and hospital stays of the experimental group were shorten than those of the control group, the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the total complication rate of the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing procedure in the first aid of emergency patients with multiple fractured ribs can shorten the effective salvage time and hospital stays,relieve pain and improve the nursing satisfaction.更多还原
