【摘要】 目的探讨加强术中护理干预对全膝关节置换(TKA)患者术后膝关节肿胀及疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年1～12月我院收治的72例TKA患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上加强术中护理干预,比较两组术后膝关节肿胀及疼痛情况。结果研究组膝关节肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1、3、5天,研究组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TKA患者采用加强术中护理干预,可有效减轻术后膝关节肿胀程度,降低疼痛度,明显改善患者生活质量,而提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening nursing intervention during operation on swelling and pain of knee joint after total knee arthroplasty(TKA). Methods A total of 72 patients undergoing TKA who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group(n=36) and control group(n=36) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, the study group was given strengthening nursing intervention during operation on the basis of routine nursing. The postoperative knee joint swelling and pain of the two groups were compared. Results The degree of swelling of the knee joint in the study group was lighter than those in the control group(P<0.05); the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the study on the 1 st, 3 rd, and 5 thday after the operation group were lower than those of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group after surgery, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Streagthening nursing interventions during operation for patients undergoing TKA can effectively reduce the degree of swelling of the knee joint, reduce pain, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, and thus increase patient satisfaction.更多还原
