【摘要】 目的探讨超声刀止血在卵巢囊肿手术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月～2017年3月我院拟实施腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的200例卵巢囊肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各100例。试验组术中采用超声刀止血,对照组术中采用单极电凝止血,比较两组术前、术后1个月的血清雌激素（E₂）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）、卵巢动脉峰值血流速度（PSV）、卵巢截面积、窦卵泡数目（AFC）。结果术前,两组的血清E₂、FSH、LH、P、T水平、PSV、卵巢截面积、AFC比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;术后1个月,试验组血清FSH、LH、P、E₂水平低于对照组,T水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）,试验组PSV、AFC高于对照组,卵巢截面积低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论卵巢囊肿术中用超声刀止血较电凝止血对卵巢功能影响更小,更利于保护患者的卵巢功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of ultrasonic scalpel hemostasis in the operation of ovarian cyst. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, 200 patients with ovarian cysts who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal surgery were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group. In the experimental group, ultrasonic scalpel was used for hemostasis and control group unipolar electrocoagulation was used to hemostasis. Serum estrogen（E₂）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）, luteinizing hormone（LH）, progesterone（P）, testosterone（T）, ovarian artery peak blood flow velocity（PSV）, ovarian cross-sectional area, antral follicle number（AFC） were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after operation. Results Before surgery, there were no significant differences in the number of ovarian artery PSV ovarian cross-sectional area sinus follicles in serum E₂, FSH, LH, P, T level between the two groups（P>0.05）. One month after surgery, the levels of serum FSH, PLH, P and E₂ in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and T level was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences（P<0.05）. The PSV, AFC in the experimental group were higher than those of the control groups, ovarian cross-sectional area was lower than that of the control group, with statistical differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the ovarian cyst surgery, the use of ultrasonic scalpel to hemostasis compared with electrocoagulation to hemostasis has a smaller effect on the ovarian function of the patient,and is more conducive to protecting the patient′s ovarian function.更多还原
