聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1与糖尿病心肌病
Poly ADP ribose polymerase 1 and diabetic cardiomyopathy
【摘要】 聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶1(PARP-1)是PARP家族中的重要成员,广泛分布于人体各组织真核细胞中。糖尿病心肌病(DCM)的发生发展与PARP-1的活性增加密切相关。PARP-1激活可促进氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡及心肌纤维化,参与DCM的病理生理过程。PARP-1抑制剂在DCM的发病中具有一定的保护作用,可能成为治疗DCM的新靶点。本文对PARP-1与DCM的关系进行综述。
【Abstract】 Poly ADP ribose polymerase 1(PARP-1)is an important members of the ADP ribose polymerase family,and is widely distributed in eukaryotes in various tissues of the human body. Recent studies show that the activation of PARP-1 is closely associated with diabetic cardiomyopathy. The activation of PARP-1 is involved in the pathologic process of diabetic cardiomyopathy by promoting oxidative stress,inflammation,apoptosis,and myocardial fibrosis. Meanwhile,PARP-1 inhibitors may play protective roles in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy,which may be a new therapeutic target for diabetic cardiomyopathy. Here,we reviewed the relationship between PARP-1 and DCM.
