阳澄湖引水工程超长距离钢顶管施工技术
Construction Technology of Super-Long Distance Steel Pipe Jacking in Yangcheng Lake Diversion Works
【摘要】 以阳澄湖引水工程为背景,对超长距离顶管装备、压浆及通风施工技术进行介绍,并创新研发基于冲击映像法为原理的长距离顶管减摩泥浆套检测技术、以棱镜法导向原理为基础的超长距离单站轨迹式顶管自动导向系统和小断面超长距离供电技术。经实际工程验证,以上施工技术应用效果良好,所得监测数据可为后续类似超长距离顶管施工项目提供有效的技术借鉴。
【Abstract】 Taking Yangcheng Lake diversion works as the background, it introduces the ultralong distance pipe jacking equipment, grouting & ventilation construction technology, and innovates & develops the detection technology of longdistance pipe jacking anti-friction mud sleeve based on the principle of impact imaging method, the ultra-long distance single station track pipe jacking automatic guidance system based on the guiding principle of prism method, and the ultralong distance power supply technology with small section. The actual engineering verification shows that the above construction technology has a good application effect, and the obtained monitoring data can provide effective technical reference for subsequent similar ultra-long-distance pipe jacking construction projects.
