【Abstract】 At the time of the popularization of higher education, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to study the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of personnel training in private colleges and universities in China, finds out various problems existing in the development process of private colleges and universities in China, and finally puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.更多还原
