【摘要】 目的:探讨采取二维超声+彩色多普勒超声方法对甲状腺良恶性结节患者进行疾病诊断后获得应用效果。方法:将2017年8月～2019年4月本院收治的45例甲状腺良恶性结节患者作为观察对象;临床针对所有患者合理展开二维超声检查、彩色多普勒超声检查以及二维超声检查+彩色多普勒检查操作;就最终诊断结果展开对比。结果:对45例甲状腺良恶性结节患者完成病理诊断后,共包括结节50个,其中良性结节32个,恶性结节18个;完成二维超声诊断后,共包括结节36个,其中良性结节13个,恶性结节23个;完成彩色多普勒超声诊断后,共包括结节38个,其中良性结节18个,恶性结节20个;完成二维超声+彩色多普勒超声诊断后,共包括结节49个,其中良性结节33个,恶性结节16个;最终发现二维超声检查+彩色多普勒检查组诊断结果优于二维超声组以及彩色多普勒超声组明显(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声+彩色多普勒超声方法的联合应用,可使得甲状腺良恶性结节患者疾病诊断准确率显著提升,最终实现甲状腺良恶性结节患者的早期确诊以及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:45 cases of benign and malignant thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were taken as the experimental subjects;two-dimensional ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound + Color Doppler ultrasound were performed reasonably for all patients;the final diagnosis results were compared.Results:After the pathological diagnosis of 45 cases of thyroid benign and malignant nodules,there were 50 nodules,including 32 benign nodules and 18 malignant nodules;after the two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,there were 36 nodules,including 13 benign nodules and 23 malignant nodules;after the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,there were 38 nodules,including 18 benign nodules and 20 malignant nodules;After two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,there were 49 nodules,including 33 benign nodules and 16 malignant nodules.Finally,it was found that the diagnosis results of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound group were better than that of two-dimensional ultrasound group and color Doppler ultrasound group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnosis accuracy of thyroid benign and malignant nodules,and ultimately achieve the early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid benign and malignant nodules.更多还原
