【摘要】 目的:探讨通过品管圈活动降低复用手术器械到期发生率的效果。方法:成立品管圈,选定主题,制定计划,通过现状调查,设定目标,实施对策。结果:①有形成果:实施品管圈活动后,复用手术器械到期的发生率由1.6%降至0.67%,P<0.01有统计学差异。目标达成率100%;②无形成果:通过本次活动,不仅掌握了运用QC工具来解决临床问题,同时在团队精神、QC专业知识及责任荣誉方面都得到了全面提升。结论:品管圈活动可降低复用手术器械到期的发生率,降低手术室器械供应的工作量,提高工作效率,节约医院的成本支出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of reducing the expiration rate of reused surgical instruments by quality control ring activity. Methods: The quality control circle was established, the theme was selected, the plan was made, the current situation was investigated, the goal was set and the countermeasures were implemented. Results: ①tangible results: after the implementation of quality control circle activities, the incidence of the expiration of reused surgical instruments decreased from 1.6% to 0.67%, P<0.01 had statistical difference. The target achievement rate was 100%. ②Intangible results: through this activity, we not only master the use of QC tools to solve clinical problems, but also in the team spirit, QC expertise and responsibility honor have been improved in an all-round way.
