【摘要】 目的:考察交锁髓内针内固定法治疗胫骨骨折的应用效果。方法:考察2018年1月～2018年12月本院收治的70例胫骨骨折患者,以交锁髓内针行内固定法进行治疗。术后随访12个月,分别考察患者的感染、术后拆线时间及骨折愈合时间。以评估交锁髓内针对胫骨骨折患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果:全部患者均无感染发生,且无弯针、断针等术后不良事件的发生,平均拆线时间为(14.10±1.15)d,而骨折愈合时间为4～10个月;患者的KSS量表评分显示,治疗前后患者的临床状况有明显的统计学差异。(P<0.05)。结论:以交锁髓内针内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果好,弯针、断针等不良事件少。患者的平均拆线时间及骨折愈合时间均较短,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation on tibial fracture.Methods:70 cases of tibial fracture were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,and were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail.The patients were followed up for 12 months to observe the infection,the time of suture removal and the time of fracture healing.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of interlocking intramedullary treatment for tibial fractures.Results:There was no infection in all patients,and there was no adverse event after operation,such as bent needle and broken needle.The average time of thread removal was (14.10±1.15) days,while the time of fracture healing was 4～10 months.The KSS score of patients showed that the clinical status of patients before and after treatment was significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of tibial fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail has a good clinical effect,with fewer adverse events such as bending needle and broken needle.The average time of suture removal and fracture healing is short.更多还原
