【摘要】 目的:分析全麻气管插管支气管镜吸痰麻醉机鼓肺治疗开胸术后肺不张效果。方法:选择从2018年12月～2019年10月在本院中接受治疗的开胸术后肺不张患者120例,以时间为分界点,前60例为甲组应用全麻气管插管支气管镜吸痰麻醉机鼓肺治疗,后60例为乙组应用常规治疗,对比两组预后效果、生活质量以及血气指标。结果:对比于乙组,甲组的预后效果更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对比于乙组,甲组生活质量评分更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对比于乙组,甲组血气指标变化更明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全麻气管插管支气管镜吸痰麻醉机鼓肺治疗开胸术后肺不张效果更突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of general anesthesia,tracheal intubation,bronchoscope,sputum suction and anesthesia machine pneumoconiosis in the treatment of atelectasis after thoracotomy.Methods:120 patients with atelectasis after thoracotomy who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to October 2019 were selected,with time as the cut-off point,the first 60 patients were treated with general anesthesia intubation bronchus The sputum suction anesthesia machine was used for the treatment of pneumoconiosis.The latter 60 cases were treated with conventional treatment in group B.The prognosis effect,quality of life and blood gas indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with group B,the prognostic effect of group A was more obvious,with statistical significance (P<0.05).After treatment,group A had a higher quality of life score than group B,which was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,compared with group B,the blood gas index of group A changed more significantly,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The general anesthesia tracheal intubation bronchoscope sputum suction anesthesia machine pneumoconiosis is more effective in treating atelectasis after thoracotomy,and it is worth popularizing.更多还原
