【摘要】 目的:运用统计分析方法,对各大型医疗设备购置论证决定性要素的合理性进行研究,拟定各要素的权重,建立数学模型。方法:预定论证模型Y=Σa_iX_i(a为权重,i=1,2,…,7),Y值越大,模型拟合论证结果越好。后续将以这7大因素为基础,预计使用德尔菲法对大型医疗设备论证进行设计数学模型,并用实例验证模型的可靠性。首先运用量本利分析法对经济效益进行分析,其次用灰关联法和德尔菲法加入不可量化的指标进行综合分析。结果:运用可信度验证法,验证模型的可靠程度,找出各项决定性因素,并对论证的程序进行合理梳理,建立数学模型。结论:根据实证分析,得出模型拟合论证结果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the rationality of decisive elements in the purchase of large medical equipment using statistical analysis methods,to formulate the weight of each element,and to establish a mathematical model.Predetermined demonstration model Y=Σa_iX_i (a is weight,i=1,2,...,7),the larger the value of Y,the better the model fitting demonstration result.In the following,based on these 7 factors,it is expected that Delphi method will be used to design a mathematical model for the demonstration of large-scale medical equipment,and the reliability of the model will be verified by an example.Methods:Firstly,the economic benefits were analyzed by volume-benefit analysis method,and secondly,non-quantifiable indicators were added by grey correlation analysis method and Delphi method for comprehensive analysis.Results:The credibility verification method was used to verify the reliability of the model,find out the decisive factors,rationally sort out the procedures of the argument,and establish a mathematical model.Conclusion:According to the empirical analysis,it is concluded that the model fitting demonstration result is better.更多还原
