无创正压通气在呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探究无创正压通气应用于呼吸衰竭患者的应用方法与临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年5月~2019年5月具备无创正压通气适应证的呼吸衰竭患者45例的干预方法与干预效果。结果:经无创正压通气干预后,患者的呼吸频率、心率均较干预前显著降低,P<0.05;患者的PaCO2较干预前降低,P<0.05;PaO2与SpO2、pH值较干预前增高,P<0.05;治疗总有效率为86.89%。结论:无创正压通气避免了有创机械通气气管插管、气管切开损伤呼吸道,其具有安全、无创且有效的特点,应用于呼吸衰竭的疗效值得肯定,能有效改善患者的动脉血气指标,改善其心率与呼吸频率,治疗时需要把握适应证与禁忌证,当发现治疗无效时及时转为有创通气。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application and clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with respiratory failure.Methods:The methods and effects of intervention in 45 patients with respiratory failure with indications of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation from May 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After the intervention of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,the respiratory rate and heart rate of the patients were significantly lower than before the intervention (P<0.05).PaCO2 of the patients was lower than that before the intervention (P<0.05).The pH values of PaO2,SpO2 and pH were higher than that before the intervention,P<0.05.Total response rate was 86.89%.Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation to avoid the injury of invasive mechanical ventilation endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy respiratory tract,it has the characteristics of safe,noninvasive and effective,and is applied to the curative effect of respiratory failure is worth affirmation,can effectively improve the patient’s artery blood gas index,improve their breathing and heart rates,treatment needs to grasp the indications and contraindications,when your treatment is invalid to invasive ventilation in a timely manner.
