【摘要】 目的:探索气压治疗仪预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的作用。方法:选取2017年6月～2018年6月本院脑卒中偏瘫100例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组50例患者进行常规治疗,观察组50例患者进行气压治疗仪治疗。结果:观察组肢体周径(33.24±1.28)mm、NIHSS评分(10.22±1.38)分、总有效率(96.00%)、下肢深静脉血栓(2.00%)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施气压治疗仪治疗效果显著,可预防下肢深静脉血栓发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the role of air pressure therapy device in preventing deep venous thrombosis in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,100 patients with stroke and hemiplegia in our hospital (using odd and even number grouping mode) were selected,50 patients in the control group were treated routinely,and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with pneumatic therapy equipment.Results:The limb diameter (33.24±1.28) mm,NIHSS score (10.22±1.38),total effective rate (96.00%),deep vein thrombosis (2.00%) of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients with air pressure therapy instrument has a significant effect,which can prevent the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis.更多还原
