颈内静脉超声评估循环血量与漂浮导管法的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:通过与漂浮导管法测量中心静脉压比较,分析颈内静脉塌陷指数与颈内静脉内径与漂浮导管法测量中心静脉压的相关性。方法:利用超声诊断仪计算颈内静脉塌陷指数与颈内静脉内径评估循环血量,并与漂浮导管法测量中心静脉压力评估循环血量进行比较。结果:颈内静脉塌陷指数及颈内静脉内径与漂浮导管法测量值有一定的相关性,相关系数分别为:-0.785,0.702。结论:颈内静脉内径及颈内静脉塌陷指数与漂浮导管法测量中心静脉压存在相关性,可以作为一种简便的方法用于指导临床治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the correlation between internal jugular vein collapse index, internal jugular vein diameter and central venous pressure measured by floating catheter method. Methods: The collapse index of internal jugular vein and internal jugular vein diameter were calculated by ultrasonic diagnostic to evaluate circulating blood volume, and compared with floating catheter method to measure central venous pressure to evaluate circulating blood volume. Results: The internal jugular vein collapse index and internal jugular vein diameter were correlated with the floating catheter method, and the Correlation coefficients were-0.785 and 0.702 respectively. Conclusion: Internal diameter of internal jugular vein and collapse index of internal jugular vein are correlated with central venous pressure measured by floating catheter method, which can be used as a simple method to guide clinical treatment.
