植物乳杆菌FEED8对小鼠抗氧化作用的研究
Study on the Antioxidative Effect of Lactobacillus plantarum FEED8 on Mice
【摘要】 本研究的目的为运用动物实验评价植物乳杆菌FEED8的抗氧化效果。将KM雄性小鼠随机分为FEED8活菌体不同剂量组(低、中、高剂量分别为1×106、1×108、1×1010CFU/mL)、模型组、空白对照组,然后除空白对照组外,其余组别使用D-半乳糖建立小鼠衰老模型。FEED8组别分别灌胃相应剂量的FEED8菌液,模型组和空白对照组分别灌胃相应剂量的脱脂乳。通过检测小鼠血清、脑、肝脏中的GSH-Px活力、SOD活力、T-AOC含量、MDA含量评价抗衰老效果。结果显示,与模型组相比,灌胃FEED8中高剂量组小鼠血清、脑、肝脏中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性和T-AOC含量均有显著升高,MDA含量显著降低;且差异性随FEED8浓度升高而增强。可以得出,植物乳杆菌FEED8对衰老小鼠有良好的抗氧化效果。
【Abstract】 To evaluate the antioxidant effect of Lactobacillus plantarum FEED8 by animal experiment. KM male mice were randomly divided into three groups: FEED8 groups with different dose(low, middle and high dose of 1×106, 1×108 and 1×1010 CFU/mL, respectively), model group and blank control group. Except for the blank control group, other groups used D-galactose to establish mouse aging model. The FEED8 groups were given the corresponding dose of FEED8 bacterial solution, the model group and the blank control group were given the corresponding dose of defatted milk. The anti-aging effect was evaluated by detecting GSH PX activity, SOD activity, T-AOC content and MDA content in serum, brain and liver of mice. Results showed that, compared with the model group, the SOD activity, GSH PX activity and T-AOC content in serum, brain and liver of mice in the middle and high dose of FEED8 groups increased significantly, and the MDA content decreased significantly, and the difference increased with the increase of FEED8 concentration. It could be drawn the conclusion that Lactobacillus plantarum FEED8 has antioxidant effect on aging mice.
