【Abstract】 Through the structural analysis of classic management works, the authors revealed the internal logical relationship and core modules of management research, and put forward the possibility of cross-border integration of management related boundaries and large-scale coal group management, which provided an analytical framework for the multi-level cross-border integration in coal group management, the establishment of cross-border strategic ecological organization system and the development of value integration. It had practical reference value for the integration and cross-border integration of product, market and customer boundary in the business level of coal group, the reconstruction of business model and value model, and the effective allocation of institutional power elements of coal group.更多还原
