【摘要】 中亚地区油气资源丰富,是我国海外油气资源供给的五大战略区之一。2020年之后,中国与中亚的许多油气合同即将到期,需要重新对各国油气投资环境进行详细的评估。为了促进中国-中亚的油气合作,本文从资源条件、经济条件、地理条件、制度条件和社会条件五大方面,展开对中亚五国油气投资环境的评价研究。研究发现,哈萨克斯坦投资环境最好,土库曼斯坦次之;哈萨克斯坦在资源条件、经济条件和制度条件等方面具有较大优势;土库曼斯坦在资源条件和地理条件具有较好评价;阿塞拜疆在地理条件、货币风险(经济条件)和社会条件表现较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Central Asia is rich in oil and gas resources, which is one of China’s five strategic sources of overseas oil and gas resources. After 2020, many oil and gas contracts between China and Central Asia are about to expire, so it is necessary to reevaluate the oil and gas investment environment of various countries. In order to promote the oil and gas cooperation between China and Central Asia, this paper evaluates oil and gas investment environment of the five Central Asian countries from five aspects: resource conditions, geographical conditions, institutional conditions and social conditions. It is found that Kazakhstan has the best investment environment, followed by Turkmenistan; Kazakhstan has greater advantages in terms of resource conditions, economic conditions and institutional conditions; Turkmenistan has better evaluation in terms of resource conditions and geographical conditions; Azerbaijan has better performance in terms of geographical conditions, currency risk(economic conditions) and social conditions.更多还原
