【摘要】 针对输油站场内压力管道穿越道路段存在较高风险,本文研究分析了这类管道存在的内外腐蚀风险,因地制宜设计了专业的涵洞,管道穿越由深埋改为浅涵洞,管道布置由埋地改为露空,采取氮气排油、机械割管和隔离连头等措施对管道进行了更换。便于开展定期巡检、维护、检测,降低了腐蚀失效风险,避免了安全环保事故的发生,对输油站场的压力管道风险管理,有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the high risk of pressure pipeline crossing the road section in the oil station, this paper studied and analyzed the internal and external corrosion risk of such pipeline, designed professional culvert according to local conditions, changed the pipeline crossing from deep burial to shallow culvert, changed the pipeline layout from buried to exposed air, adopted nitrogen drainage, mechanical cutting, isolation and other measures to replace the pipeline.
