【摘要】 制造业资源共享服务平台有助于提升企业生产效率,实现资源优化配置。为深入挖掘制造业资源共享服务平台的应用价值,基于制度分析与发展框架,以阿里巴巴旗下的淘工厂为例,采用单案例研究法深度探讨平台运行机制。研究表明,制造业资源共享服务平台的顺利运行得益于驱动机制、交易机制、合作机制和保障机制的共同作用与影响,各大机制及其子机制之间相互作用、互为补充的关系为平台发展奠定了坚实基础。研究结论为处于探索阶段的制造业资源共享服务平台的稳步成长提供理论支撑,并对中国制造业高质量发展具有重要启示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The resource sharing service platform of manufacturing industry helps to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and realize the optimal allocation of resources.In order to deeply explore the application value of manufacturing resource sharing service platform,based on the Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD)framework,this paper takes Alibaba’s Tao Factory as an example to explore the operation mechanism by using the single case study method.The research shows that the smooth operation of the manufacturing resource sharing service platform benefits from the combined effect and influence of the driving mechanism,trading mechanism,cooperation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,and the interactive and complementary relationship among the mechanisms and their sub-mechanisms lays a solid foundation for the development of the platform.The conclusions provide a theoretical support for the steady growth of the resource sharing service platform for manufacturing industry in the exploration stage,and have important implications for the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing industry.更多还原
