骨科择期手术加速康复预防手术部位感染指南

【摘要】手术部位感染是骨科择期手术后的严重并发症之一,尤其对于关节置换术或脊柱内固定术更是灾难性的后果,将严重影响患者的术后康复。因此,加强骨科手术部位感染预防是实施骨科择期手术加速康复的重要环节。通过查阅文献,基于国家卫生健康委员会公益性行业科研专项《关节置换术安全性与效果评价》项目组数据库大样本数据分析,遵循循证医学原则,经过全国专家组反复讨论,编制本指南,供广大骨科医师在临床工作中参考。本指南包含四部分:第一部分介绍骨科择期手术手术部位感染危险因素;第二部分是预防手术部位感染的术前措施;第三部分是预防手术部位感染的术中措施;第四部分是预防手术部位感染的术后措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surgical site infection(SSI) is one of the most serious complications after elective orthopaedic surgery, especially the infection happened after artificial joint replacement or spinal internal fixation, which would be catastrophic consequence and seriously affect the processing of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS). Therefore, strengthening the strategies for preventing SSI after elective orthopaedic surgeries is an important part of the implementation of ERAS. Based on the database of the project group for the"National Health Commission’s public-benefit project: the safety and effect assessment of joint arthroplasty"and evidence-based medicine, we compiled this guideline and hope it can give some help to orthopaedic surgeons.This guide contains four parts. The first part introduces the risk factors of SSI after elective orthopaedic surgeries. The second part includes the preoperative methods of preventing SSI. The third part includes intraoperative methods of preventing SSI.The fourth part is the postoperative methods of preventing SSI.更多还原
