【摘要】 试验旨在研究中药复方制剂对AA肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。将400只健康1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和1.5%由黄芪、板蓝根、炒白术等组成的中药复方制剂,试验期42 d。结果显示:1~21、22~42和1~42日龄阶段,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡平均日增重均显著增加(P<0.05),料肉比均显著降低(P<0.05);1~42日龄阶段,试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组肉鸡死淘率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);21日龄时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡瘦肉率、胸肌系水力和腿肌a*值均显著增加(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组肉鸡腹脂率均显著降低(P<0.05);42日龄时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡胸肌率、腿肌率以及胸肌和腿肌系水力均显著增加(P<0.05),而肉鸡腹脂率、胸肌和腿肌滴水损失率及剪切值均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究提示:饲粮中添加0.5%中药复方制剂能够明显提高22~42日龄肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能,并改善肌肉品质。

【Abstract】 This study was aimed to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation on production performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of broilers.Four hundred one-day-age healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, the control group was fed with basal diet, experimental group Ⅰ to Ⅲ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation including Astragalus membranaceus, isatis root, stir-fried Atractylodes rhizome. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that average daily gain of broilers in group Ⅰ was significantly increased compared with the control group(P<0.05), and feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The death and culling rate of broilers in groupⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 to 42 days of age. Compared with the control group, the lean meat percentage, water holding capacity of breast muscle and a*value of thigh muscle of 21-day-age broilers were significantly increased in group Ⅰ(P<0.05), and the abdominal fat percentage of broilers in all the Chinese herbal medicine addition groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the breast muscle and thigh muscle rate, water holding capacity of breast muscle and thigh muscle of 42-day-age broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05), but the abdominal fat percentage, drip loss rate and shear force of breast muscle and thigh muscle were significantly reduced in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The overall results suggested that dietary with 0.5% Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation could obviously improve the production and slaughter performance, meat quality of broilers at the 22 to 42 days of age.
