【摘要】 光疗目前广泛应用于白癜风的临床治疗,光源包括窄波紫外线(narrowband ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)、准分子激光和准分子光、光化学疗法(photochemotherapy,PUVA)等。光疗治疗白癜风除了单一光源治疗外,还包括不同的联合治疗方案,其作用机制、疗效及安全性仍需要进一步的临床证据,一些联合方案已被证实有效,而另一些方案尚存争议。本文针对光疗的作用机制、临床应用、联合治疗及常见问题进行综述,拟探寻白癜风治疗的新方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phototherapy for vitiligo relies mainly on NB-UVB,excimer laight and laser,PUVA,etc. The main mechanism to treat vitiligo with UV invole inducing T cell apoptosis and stimulating the proliferation/migration of function melanocytes in the skin around the lesion and immature melanocytes in the hair follicle. At present,phototherapy is widely used in the treatment of vitiligo,but further clinical evidences in this area are still required.
