基于特征模型的疏浚过程中泥浆浓度控制系统设计

【摘要】 为提高绞吸挖泥船的生产效率,采用自动化手段代替传统的人工操作,研究疏浚作业过程中泥浆浓度的控制方法。针对泥浆浓度过程建模困难和泥浆浓度控制系统的不确定性和时滞性等控制难点,从过程控制的需求出发,根据实船测量的数据构建泥浆浓度过程特征模型,基于该特征模型设计全系数自适应控制器,使其满足控制需求。仿真结果表明:泥浆浓度过程特征模型能较好地描述实际浓度过程,泥浆浓度全系数自适应控制器在应对施工环境变化和时滞较大的情况时能使泥浆浓度维持在期望值,具有较强的抗干扰能力和良好的跟踪性能。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the production efficiency of cutter suction dredgers, the control of mud concentration during dredging operation is studied for more automation. The control difficulties are analyzed. With actual ship measured data, the feature model of the mud concentration process is established, and an all-coefficient adaptive control algorithm is designed based on the feature model. Simulations prove the feature model, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the controller in maintaining expected mud concentration with large time lag and working condition variation. The system is of the strong anti-interference ability and a good tracking performance.
