【摘要】 Sicinivirus是一类能感染鸡的微RNA病毒,目前仅部分国家检测到了该病毒,并对其进行了初步研究。为进一步了解与防控Sicinivirus,本文对其病毒分类、基因组特征、致病性、流行病学和检测方法等进行了综述。Sicinivirus是微RNA病毒科的1个新属,目前仅有1个"种",即Sicinivirus A,有5种基因型;不同Sicinivirus毒株的基因组结构基本一致,只编码1个多聚蛋白;Sicinivirus可能是一种肠道中常见的病毒,与鸡的发育迟缓综合征和吸收不良综合征有一定的关系,但其致病性和致病机理尚不确切;目前发现Sicinivirus仅能感染鸡,但其能否跨种传播以及传播途径尚不明确;虽然检测到该病毒的国家或地区较少,但检出率较高,推测鸡群中可能广泛存在Sicinivirus感染。目前没有确切的病毒分离方法,检测方法只有常规PCR技术、荧光定量RT-PCR技术和宏基因组技术(metagenomics)3种。本文对这种禽类新发病原的研究和防控具有参考意义。

【Abstract】 Sicinivirus is a new picornavirus detected in chickens,which has been reported only in some countries,and preliminary study was carried out. In order to learn,prevent and control the virus,its classification,genomic characteristics,pathogenicity,epidemiology and detection methods were reviewed. Sicinivirus is a new genus,which has only one species currently,namely sicinivirus A,including 5 genotypes. The genome structures of different strains of sicinivirus were almost the same,only encoding one polypeptide. Sicinivirus might be an entericvirus associated with stunting and malabsorption syndromes of chickens,but its pathogenicity and pathogenesis had been unclear. At present,it was found that only chickens could be infected with the virus,but its spread pathways and interspecies transmission still were unclear. The detection rate of the virus was higher although it was detected in few counties or regions,and it was speculated that the virus might be widely spread in chicken flocks. No any specific methods had been developed to isolate the virus that could be detected only by conventional PCR,fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR and metagenomics. This paper will provide some references for the study,prevention and control of the emerging new avian pathogen.
