【摘要】 火电厂取用水和排水现状与排污许可证要求有一定差距,火电厂废水排放控制工作势在必行。对比了节水与废水治理相关法律法规与技术标准,结合取用水与排水实际情况,给出了具有针对性的废水排放控制技术路线,包括火电厂废水排放控制目标与原则,原水预处理、脱硫废水处理、其他废水处理等技术路线;此外,还给出了末端废水处理技术路线,为火电厂开展相关改造提供依据和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the certain gap between the current situation of water discharge and the exact requirements of pollutant discharge permit system in thermal power plants, it is imperative to enforce the regulations for wastewater discharge control. After listing the related laws and regulations of water saving and standards, based on the actual situation of water discharge, this paper put forward the technology route of water discharge control specifically, which included the water control target and principle as well as the technology routes for raw water pretreatment, desulphurization wastewater treatment and other types of wastewater treatment. In addition, the technical route of terminal wastewater treatment is presented, which can provide the beneficial reference and thoughts for the relevant transformation of thermal power plant.更多还原
