经阴道三维超声造影对卵巢异位囊肿介入治疗后输卵管通畅性的价值
The Value of Three Dimensional Transvaginal Ultrasonography of Hysterosalpingography in Evaluating the Patency of Oviduct After Interventional Treatment of Ovarian Ectopic Cyst
【摘要】 目的旨在探讨应用三维超声子宫输卵管造影(3D-HyCoSy)对卵巢异位囊肿介入治疗后输卵管通畅性的诊断价值,为患者再次妊娠方式的选择提供临床指导。方法选取我科超声引导下介入治疗的40例卵巢异位囊肿患者,且治疗后6个月患者均行经阴道动态3D-HyCoSy及腹腔镜亚甲蓝通液(LC)检查,比较分析3D-HyCoSy和LC检查结果,评价3D-HyCoSy与LC诊断输卵管通畅性的一致性,并评价3D-HyCoSy对卵巢异位囊肿介入治疗后输卵管通畅性的诊断价值。结果经阴道动态3D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管通畅、通而不畅及阻塞的符合率分别为92.86%(26/28)、92.59%(25/27)、 92.59%(25/27),总符合率为95.5%(74/80)。结论经阴道3D-HyCoSy对卵巢异位囊肿介入治疗后输卵管通畅性诊断准确率、灵敏度高,具有重要的临床价值。
【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to explore the diagnostic value of dynamic 3-dimensional ultrasonic hysterosalpingography(3 d-hycosis) in the fallopian tube patency after interventional treatment of ectopic ovarian cyst, and to provide clinical guidance for the selection of second pregnancy mode for patients. Methods 40 patients with ovarian endometriotic cyst were selected in our department who undergod Ultrasound-guidedinterventional therapy and 6 months after treatment 3 D-HyCoSy and laparoscopic methylene blue liquid(LC) check. Comparative analysis of 3 D-HyCoSy and LC results, evaluation of 3 D-HyCoSy and LC the diagnosis of tubal patency of consistency, and evaluation of 3 D-HyCoSy ovarian endometriotic cyst to assess the diagnostic value of oviduct unobstructed sex after interventional therapy. Results The coincidence rate of dynamic 3 d-hycosy diagnosis of fallopian tube patency, obstruction and obstruction was 92.86%(26/28), 92.59%(25/27) and 92.59%(25/27), respectively, and the total coincidence rate was 95.5%(74/80).The sensitivity was 100%(25/25) and the positive predictive value was 92.59%(25/27). Conclusions The diagnosis accuracy and sensitivity of patency of fallopian tube after interventional treatment of ectopic cyst of ovary by transvaginaI 3 D-HyCoSy is of important clinical value.
