【摘要】 目的研究衢州市孕产妇心理健康知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为开展心理健康教育工作内容提供科学依据。方法在衢州市各级医院和乡镇卫生院(社区卫生服务中心),以问卷的形式对617名孕产妇进行心理健康知识调查。结果衢州市孕产妇心理健康知识总知晓率为60.59%;农村户籍是心理健康知晓情况的危险因素、大学及以上文化程度与接受过心理健康教育是心理健康知识知晓率的保护因素。结论衢州市农村孕产妇心理健康知识知晓率仍有待提升,应着重关注文化程度较低、未参加过心理健康宣教群体的心理健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the mental health knowledge of pregnant women in Quzhou City and its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out mental health education. METHODS A total of 617 pregnant women in hospitals and township health centers of Quzhou were investigated by questionnaire. RESULTS The total awareness rate of mental health knowledge of pregnant women in Quzhou City was 60.59%. Rural household registration was a risk factor of mental health awareness. University degree or above and having received mental health education were protective factors of mental health knowledge awareness. CONCLUSION The awareness rate of mental health knowledge of rural pregnant and lying in women in Quzhou still needed to be improved. It needed to pay more attention to the mental health education of the group with lower education level and who have not participated in mental health education.更多还原
