【摘要】 目的探讨上海市青浦区60岁及以上老年人跌倒风险以及相关危险因素的分布,为探索预防老年人跌倒防控措施的制定提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取920名老年人作为研究对象,对其2016年8月—2017年7月发生的跌倒情况进行回顾性问卷调查。结果 920名调查对象中,跌倒发生率为8.50%,其中男性跌倒发生率为5.10%,女性跌倒发生率为11.50%;不同性别跌倒发生率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.90,P=0.001);年龄分层分析结果显示,70岁及以上年龄组跌倒发生率明显高于70岁以下年龄组(χ~2=10.66,P=0.001);多因素logistic回归分析显示:走路或者站立困难、感觉触觉下降、有足部疾病、患有3种或以上的慢性病、有骨骼和关节等骨骼肌肉系统损害或疾病是社区老年人跌倒发生的危险因素,相对于女性,男性不易发生跌倒。结论青浦区老年人发生跌倒潜在风险依然较高,应针对患有多种慢性疾病、骨质疏松和触觉下降等的老年人制定综合干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the risk of falling and the distribution of related risk factors among the elderly over 60 years old in Qingpu District, and provide references for the development of preventive measures. METHODS Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 920 elderly residents and conduct a questionnaire survey on the fall from August 2016 to July2017. RESULTS Among the 920 respondents, the incidence of falls was 8.50%, including male fall rate(5.10%) and female fall rate(11.50%). The incidence of falls between male and female was statistically significant; from the incidence of age-level falls. The incidence of falls in the age group 70 and over was significantly higher than the age group under 70. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis was difficult to walk or stand, feels tactile decline, suffers from three or more chronic diseases, and had skeletal muscles such as bones, joints or diseases that were risk factors for falls in the elderly in the community. CONCLUSION The elderly in Qingpu District were still at a high potential risk of falling. Comprehensive intervention measures should be developed for elderly people suffering from various chronic diseases, osteoporosis and decreased sense of touch.更多还原
