【摘要】 目的探讨四逆汤对脓毒症休克患者胃肠道功能影响的研究。方法选取2017年3月～2018年3月所收治的共60例脓毒症休克患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为研究组与参照组,参照组共30例给予常规西医治疗,研究组共30例给予常规治疗基础上加用四逆汤。研究比较两组患者的肠鸣音、便次、腹部症状、中医证候积分情况及胃肠道功能障碍评分。结果治疗前两组患者肠鸣音、便次、腹部症状以及中医证候积分比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组患者肠鸣音、便次、腹部症状以及中医证候积分均优于治疗前及参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者治疗疗效显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论四逆汤可显著改善脓毒症休克患者的胃肠道功能,起到较好的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Sini Decoction on gastrointestinal function in septic shock patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with septic shock admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into study group and reference group according to the random number table method. 30 patients in the reference group were given conventional western medicine treatment, and 30 patients in the study group were given routine treatment plus Sini decoction. The study compared the two groups of patients with bowel sounds, stool times, abdominal symptoms, TCM syndrome score and gastrointestinal dysfunction score. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in the scores of bowel sounds, stool times, abdominal symptoms and TCM syndrome(P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of bowel sounds, stool times, abdominal symptoms and TCM syndrome in the study group were better than those before treatment and the reference group, with significant difference(P< 0.05); The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sini Decoction can significantly improve the gastrointestinal function of septic shock patients and play a better protective role.更多还原
