可吸收缝线和不可吸收巩膜缝线对斜视矫正手术的影响
Effects of absorbable and non-absorbable scleral sutures on strabismus correction surgery
【摘要】 目的比较可吸收缝线和不可吸收巩膜缝线在斜视矫正手术患者中的治疗效果差异。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月粤北人民医院眼科收治90例实施斜视矫正手术患者进行回顾性研究,根据术中使用的缝线类型分组法分为Vicryl组(可吸收缝线治疗,45例)和Prolene组(不可吸收缝线治疗,45例),术后对两组患者随访8周,比较两组患者矫正效果、并发症发生情况及术后炎症反应刺激症情况。结果 Vicryl组和Prolene组矫正效果比较,差异无统计学意义(97.78%vs. 100.00%,P> 0.05)。Vicryl组术后总并发症发生率显著高于Prolene组(15.56%vs. 2.22%,P <0.05)。Vicryl组术后炎症反应刺激症发生率显著高于Prolene组(17.78%vs. 4.44%,P <0.05)。结论可吸收缝线和不可吸收巩膜缝线在斜视矫正术中治疗均有较高矫正治疗效果,但可吸收缝线相对不可吸收缝线能减少患者术后并发症、减轻术后炎症反应刺激症状的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the difference between the treatment effect of absorbable suture and non-absorbable scleral suture in patients with strabismus correction surgery.Methods Select 100 case of strabismus correction surgery patients in our hospital during Jan 2017 to Dec 2019 as studying object, according to the type of suture used during the operation, they were divided into Vicryl group(absorbable suture treatment, 45 cases) and Prolene group(non-absorbable suture treatment, 45 cases). Patients were followed up for 8 weeks, Comparison of correction effects, complications, and postoperative inflammatory response stimuli between the two groups of patients.Results There was no statistically significant correction effect between the Vicryl group and the Prolene group(97.78%, 100.00%, P > 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the Vicryl group was significantly higher than that in the Prolene group(15.56%, 2.22%, P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative inflammatory response stimuli in the Vicryl group was significantly higher than that in the Prolene group(17.78%, 4.44%, P < 0.05).Conclusion Absorbable sutures and non-absorbable scleral sutures are highly effective in the treatment of strabismus, but relatively non-absorbable sutures can reduce postoperative complications and reduce the incidence of postoperative inflammatory response irritation.
