【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜息肉术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)预防复发的临床效果。方法选择2016年9月～2019年5月来院接受宫腔镜息肉电切术治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者84例,以密封信封不透光法分成对照组和观察组。对照组术后不采取药物治疗,观察组术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ),对比两组月经量、子宫内膜厚度以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,半年后观察组患者息肉复发率显著比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的出血量、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),具有可比性;治疗后观察组患者的出血量明显比对照组少,且子宫内膜厚度数值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床针对子宫内膜息肉患者行宫腔镜息肉电切术治疗,术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗不仅能有效预防息肉复发,还能较好地调整患者的月经量以及控制子宫内膜生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral spironolone ethinylestradiol tablet(II) in preventing recurrence after operation of endometrial polyps. Methods from September 2016 to May 2019, 84 patients with endometrial polyps treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of sealed envelope opacity. The patients in the two groups were treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy, while those in the control group were not treated with drug therapy. The observation group was treated with spirosterone ethinylestradiol tablet (Ⅱ) after operation. To evaluate and compare the menstrual volume, endometrial thickness and clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. half a year later, the recurrence rate of polyps in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the statistical difference was significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood loss and endometrial thickness between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic polypectomy is performed in patients with endometrial polyps, and (Ⅱ) treatment with spironolone ethinylestradiol tablets after operation can not only effectively prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps, but also adjust the menstrual volume and endometrial growth.更多还原
