【摘要】 目的探讨巴曲酶联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法抽取2017年6月～2019年6月期间某院收治的80例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,采用随机数字排列表法将其平分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,前者采用鼓室注射地塞米松治疗,后者采用鼓室注射地塞米松联合巴曲酶治疗,对比两组治疗成效、不良反应发生率及听力水平改善情况。结果对比两组治疗总有效率,观察组为92.50%,显著高于对照组80.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);相互比较后可知,观察组与对照组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组治疗后的纯音听阀测试(PTA)测量结果与治疗前比较明显下降,且观察组PTA测量结果经过统计学分析显示下降幅度大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论临床将巴曲酶与鼓室注射地塞米松联合用于治疗突发性耳聋患者效果显著,患者的听力水平得以提升,且不良反应未见明显增加,说明联合用药安全有效,为治疗突发性耳聋提供重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of batroxobin combined with intratympanic dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Eighty patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group equally by random number arrangement table. The former was treated by intratympanic injection of dexamethasone, and the latter was treated with batroxobin based on the treatment of intratympanic dexamethasone. The therapeutic effects and disadvantages of the two groups were compared, and the incidence of response and improvement of hearing level. Results Compared with the two groups, the effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%(P < 0.05); after comparison, there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05); the PTA measurement results of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the PTA measurement results of the observation group were as follows: Over-statistical analysis showed that the decline was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Combination of batroxobin and intratympanic dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness. The hearing level of patients can be improved, and the adverse reactions have not increased significantly. It shows that the combination of Batroxobin and intratympanic dexamethasone is safe and effective, and provides an important reference for the treatment of sudden deafness.更多还原
