【摘要】 目的分析利用R语言对临床药师开展药学咨询的价值。方法收集2017～2018年记录存档的468例有效药物咨询资料,利用R语言进行回顾性分析。结果咨询平台以药学咨询窗口为主,占86.14%;药学咨询所涉及的药物中,神经系统药物被咨询的次数最多,与我院诊疗特色相符;咨询内容以用药方法为主,占61.32%,其次为药品遴选占10.26%,相互作用占5.98%。结论利用R语言绘制帕累托图分析药学咨询情况简便易行,可以更好指导药师了解患者对药学咨询服务的认知和需求,保证临床用药合理性,体现临床药师价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the drug consultation situation of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. Methods 468 cases of effective drug consultation in outpatients in our hospital were retrospectively collected and then analyzed with R. Results The cases were mainly happened at the advice window, accounting for 86.14%; neurology drugs were most frequently consulted, which is consistent with the characteristics of our hospital; Among the content of consultation usage and dosage, drug selection and drug interaction were the main factors,accounting for 61.32%, 10.26% and 5.98%. Conclusion Plotting pareto diagram with R to analyze pharmaceutical consultation situation is easy to execute, the result of such analysis could be used for guiding pharmacists to understand patients’ cognition and needs for pharmaceutical consulting services, and fine drug consultation service could ensure the rationality of clinical medication and reflect the value of clinical pharmacists.更多还原
