【Abstract】 Bi₄Ge₃O₁₂ crystal is a kind of inorganic scintillation crystal with excellent comprehensive performance, which is widely used in the fields such as nuclear medicine, high energy physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics, environmental monitoring, geological exploration and oil logging.
