【Abstract】 To analyze the definitions and applications of novel Coronavirus 2019(COVID-19) infected code issued by the National Health Commission,including U07.100 x001(COVID-19),U07.100 x002(Novel Coronavirus infection),U07.100 x003(COVID-19 clinical diagnosed case) and Z03.800 x001(suspected COVID-19 case).Consideringthe priority and urgency of the disease,the problems that should be paid attention to in THE ICD coding of critically ill or severe novel Coronavirus infection-related cases were illustrated through specific cases,so as to fully reflect the patients’ medical treatment and consumption of medical resources.The international disease codes of novel Coronavirus infection in special groups such as maternal and non-respiratory symptoms were explored.更多还原
